The golden glow of morning shines on you
Wake up, a brand day arrives!
The birds chirp, the flowers bloom
Keeping hope in all hearts alive.
The busy and hullabaloo of life,
The world moves on in chaotic way,
Energetic people yet seem so tired,
Hungry and lethargic, poor mortals waiting for the end of the day.
Then comes evening and with it comes
the fleeting joy of sunset and soft caresses of the wind,
This world is all the heart desires with
the bliss and serenity of this scene.
The sun sets and with it comes the night
Adorned with twinkling jewels and a shy smile,
A mother’s lullaby, for her child, wishing a fairy for his dreamy eyes
The cause of warm blanket and a sound sleep throughout the night!
